Christopher L. Driscoll has successfully prosecuted and defended numerous litigation matters. Mr. Driscoll has represented clients in a wide array of matters and has substantial experience in arbitration, mediation and trial. Mr. Driscoll authored an article concerning enforcement of oral settlement agreements published in California Lawyer Magazine. In addition to completing a clerkship with the United States District Court, Mr. Driscoll is a former litigation associate of the New York based law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander and Ferdon. Mr. Driscoll graduated Claremont McKenna College earning a B.A. in Economics. Mr. Driscoll received his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School where he graduated on the Deans List.     Mr. Jonas has appeared as a Legal Analyst on numerous television news broadcasts.  Mr. Jonas has written extensively on criminal law issues. His articles have been published by Los Angeles Lawyer Magazine and California Lawyer Magazine covering a wide variety of topics.  Mr. Jonas was awarded "Super Lawyer" for 2004 in the area of Criminal Defense by his colleagues.

     Mr. Jonas has lectured on behalf of the Los Angeles County Bar Association regarding criminal law developments. Mr. Jonas received a certificate of recognition form the United States District Court for his distinguished service.

     In addition, he has been recognized twice by the F.A.M.E. Legal Clinic for donating his legal services to the indigent. He twice served as the Co-Chairman of the misdemeanor committee for the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.

     Mr. Jonas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California at Irvine, with a B.A.in Psychology.

    Mr. Jonas earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School where he graduated on the Deans List. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the National Honor Society in Psychology.

 

 
    Glen T. Jonas is the managing partner of Jonas & Driscoll. He has successfully defended numerous felonies and misdemeanors in both state and federal court. He practices exclusively criminal defense.

Mr. Jonas is a recognized authority on "Expungements" in California. As a result of the article he wrote, published in California Lawyer Magazine entitled "Clearing Up A Criminal Record," his advice is sought by Attorneys throughout the state.


Every defendant granted probation has a right to seek an expungement of the conviction. As long as you are not currently facing new charges, or on probation for another offense, you may file a motion to set aside the conviction.
